This review is based on the first phase of my treatment. I came in for a bone graft, which will be followed later on by a crown, implant and 20 veneers. It was not the most affordable, but Bea (CEO) was extremely personable and ended up offering a significant discount on the full set of veneers to make up for my initial treatment cost. Her secretary, Melisa, was always on top of things and made sure that my visits were always welcomed. Bea, went above and beyond as far as customer service goes, making feel at home. Even after I came back home to the states, she made sure to follow up on me to ensure that I was ok and had no complications. I had spent a week searching for a good clinic and let me tell you that her reviews are all 100% accurate & real. Also, her surgeon Dr. Ramon was phenomenal. I have felt no pain whatsoever since the surgery. I would recommend them to anybody traveling from outside of Colombia for any of your dental/orthodontic needs.

I had always been curious about Invisalign, and when I arrived in Medellín I started researching to see if it would be the right time to begin. That’s how I found Oral Concept. I booked an appointment, and from the very first visit they answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. The impression they made was so good that I felt confident to start the treatment that very same day. Now, 7 months later, I can already see a huge difference. My teeth have been aligning exactly as shown in the 3D simulation they prepared at the beginning. I still have about 3 months to go, and I honestly can’t wait to see the final result. For anyone who travels frequently or lives as a digital nomad, Invisalign is the perfect solution. It’s flexible, easy to follow no matter where you are, and the ongoing support from Beatrix and the staff at Oral Concept has made me feel accompanied at every step of the process. If you are looking to get Invisalign. This is the only place I would ever go in Medellin. They have the most wonderful team. Everyone is nice and they do Exceptional work!!
