I had experienced some very difficult situations in the past, where I was the victim of botched procedures and a delayed diagnosis of an infection that led to the loss of two teeth, despite my regular visits to the dentist. This left me with a great deal of fear and uncertainty.
After carefully researching and searching for highly skilled professionals in Medellín—where I traveled from abroad specifically for this procedure—I was very fortunate to find their practice.
From the very first moment, they inspired complete confidence in me. Dr. José Iván, a physician, dentist, and maxillofacial surgeon, along with Dr. Luzma, a dentist specializing in radiology, make up an exceptional team. Their level of expertise is clearly reflected in the accuracy of their diagnoses and their comprehensive approach to treatment.
I had two teeth extracted on the same day, along with a bone graft and the procedure performed under sedation, and it was a complete success. Despite my initial fear, the experience was surprisingly calm, and I felt no pain.
They also fitted me with a temporary prosthesis, which looks so natural that sometimes even I can't tell which is the prosthesis and which are my natural teeth.
The office maintains the highest standards in technology, hygiene, and patient care, which gave me even more peace of mind throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the dentist and his assistant were constantly present, closely monitoring my progress with patience and dedication.
