I had a great experience with my Invisalign treatment from start to finish. The staff at Oral Concepts have been very friendly and helpful in my entire treatment process. I am extremely happy with the outcome and have the smile I’ve always wanted. I cannot recommend Oral Concepts enough.

My dental visit with Dr Luisa and the Oral Concept team was comprehensive and all my dental issues were addressed and resolved. The entire dental team were very kind and everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable upon my arrival to their office. I’m so grateful to have such a professional team to help me with my dental needs, especially as a foreign traveler in a country where I spoke no Spanish. This review is based on the first phase of my treatment. I came in for a bone graft, which will be followed later on by a crown, implant and 20 veneers. It was not the most affordable, but Bea (CEO) was extremely personable and ended up offering a significant discount on the full set of veneers to make up for my initial treatment cost. Her secretary, Melisa, was always on top of things and made sure that my visits were always welcomed. Bea, went above and beyond as far as customer service goes, making feel at home. Even after I came back home to the states, she made sure to follow up on me to ensure that I was ok and had no complications. I had spent a week searching for a good clinic and let me tell you that her reviews are all 100% accurate & real. Also, her surgeon Dr. Ramon was phenomenal. I have felt no pain whatsoever since the surgery. I would recommend them to anybody traveling from outside of Colombia for any of your dental/orthodontic needs.

I had always been curious about Invisalign, and when I arrived in Medellín I started researching to see if it would be the right time to begin. That’s how I found Oral Concept. I booked an appointment, and from the very first visit they answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. The impression they made was so good that I felt confident to start the treatment that very same day. Now, 7 months later, I can already see a huge difference. My teeth have been aligning exactly as shown in the 3D simulation they prepared at the beginning. I still have about 3 months to go, and I honestly can’t wait to see the final result. For anyone who travels frequently or lives as a digital nomad, Invisalign is the perfect solution. It’s flexible, easy to follow no matter where you are, and the ongoing support from Beatrix and the staff at Oral Concept has made me feel accompanied at every step of the process. I’m very grateful to everyone at Oral Concept for their excellence, their professionalism, and the human quality in the way they treat their patients. Highly recommended.

This was my first time coming to South America so naturally you have your worries but Oral Concept made this whole process smooth and stress free. They helped guide me on safe travel options, hotel stays, and everything else from beginning to completion. Great staff! Amazing quality treatments, i would highly recommend to anyone in the world.
