If I had left a review for the first time when I went to Procrear, I would have given them a 4 star or less. But this time around, they made improvements. The nurses are working a lot faster, Damaris is nice and we have a new nurse- nurse Nicole and she’s more efficient and faster in what she does. They have the maid who’s extremely nice and always asking what people would like to drink. I honestly think Procrear has very humble people which I admire. I would get random hugs just to provide comfort to me. The security guard would even try to provide comfort as well. They’re all pretty respectful. When I have concerns- they try their best to give me an answer as fast as possible. I would say to keep it up and keep making those improvements because one thing they must keep in mind is that you are serving international patients, so improving is a great thing to keep working towards achieving. The news I am waiting to have isn’t happening but I hopefully can one day come back and say I got pregnant by Procrear. Thank you for being attentive to my needs and for serving me and for trying to understand what I say because of the language barrier which can be frustrated and problematic but I want to say thank you for trying. I am satisfied with the service this time around!! ♥️😊
